• 4+ years at a top consulting or advisory firm or equivalent in-house corporate-development experience.
• Elite structured problem-solving skills with the ability to drive a defensible recommendation under ambiguity.
• Strong financial and business acumen plus advanced modeling skills and executive-quality written deliverables.
• Comfort owning an engagement independently.

Responsibilities

• Produce and review consulting deliverables such as M&A and investment cases, post-merger integration plans, and strategic recommendations backed by quantitative analysis.
• Synthesize inputs like data rooms and due-diligence reports into clear, structured cases with credible sources.
• Deliver client-ready work products, including memos, models, and recommendations with explicit assumptions, risks, and conditions.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and depth to strengthen reasoning and model outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
