Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise program managers and Contracting Officers on contracting procedures.
• Plan, negotiate, lead, and administer procurements using FAR procedures.
• Advise on performance objectives and prepare requirements documents (PWS/SOW/SOO).
• Serve as sole negotiator for program customers on procurement actions.
• Perform contract administration duties including funding, changes, and closeout.
