Job summary

Maxwell is seeking a Contract Due Diligence Compliance Analyst to scrutinize loan files for regulatory adherence. This remote role collaborates with Data Capture, Credit Review, and Transaction Management teams to ensure accurate compliance across diverse loan types.

You will leverage LauraMac and other tools to validate documentation, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely completion of reviews with precise data capture and analysis.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Quality Control/Due Diligence/Secondary Market.
• Knowledge of mortgage regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LauraMac Due Diligence software and related tools.
• Ability to meet production quality and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files and data to identify necessary documentation for review.
• Audit loans to determine accuracy and salability of files.
• Document discrepancies and track issues during the audit process.
• Enter data from LEs, CDs, and COCs into the system of record for analysis.
• Capture and bookmark relevant information for quick reference.
• Respond to rebuttals and maintain cross-functional communication.
• Track time spent on reviews and escalate issues as needed.
• Apply validations and handle exceptions for complete reviews.
