24 Seven Talent is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a contract role in Deerfield, IL with remote options. You will lead UAT for website migrations, manage lead‑generation campaigns, and coordinate with internal partners to ensure launch readiness.

You’ll bring hands‑on experience with website migrations, WP content updates, and analytics, plus strong project management. The position supports ongoing growth with flexible, interim engagement.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with website migrations, UAT, defect tracking, regression testing, and launch readiness.
• Experience managing and optimizing digital lead‑generation campaigns with measurable performance goals.
• Experience with paid digital campaigns, landing pages, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics.
• Strong project‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for website migration work across multiple web properties.
• Create and maintain test plans, checklists, defect logs, status updates, and regression-testing processes.
• Validate migrated pages for content accuracy, links, forms, calls to action, downloads, formatting, images, and metadata.
• Support content audits, launch-readiness reviews, post-launch quality assurance, and WordPress content updates.
• Manage the execution of active lead-generation campaigns across paid media, landing pages, lead capture, email nurture, and related digital touchpoints.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, targeting, creative and content deliverables, and launch readiness with internal partners and agencies.
• Monitor campaign performance, including lead volume, quality, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per conversion, and return on spend, and recommend optimizations.
• Support audience segmentation, lead routing, tracking, reporting, and email/nurture campaign deployment.
• Maintain clear project documentation, communicate risks and open issues, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
