Job summary

Freenome is seeking a Contract Clinical Research Associate to support the Clinical Development team. The role focuses on site monitoring, trial management, and ensuring GCP compliance, with remote work and occasional travel to the Brisbane, California headquarters.

You will work under the Director of Clinical Operations, contribute to monitoring plans, write site reports, and maintain study documentation while communicating clearly with sites and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or RN, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a clinical trials environment with iVD study experience.
• General knowledge of regulatory requirements & GCP.
• Ability to multi-task, manage shifting priorities and solve problems.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Veeva Vault and Medrio.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with protocol and ICH GCP in site monitoring.
• Complete on-site and remote monitoring with source document verification.
• Write and submit site reports and update tracking systems; escalate issues.
