Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in California for at least five continuous years.
• Active license and good standing in every jurisdiction of admission.
• No public disciplinary history or pending grievances or malpractice claims.
• Sound professional judgment when reviewing consumer demand letters.
• Reliable availability during the work week.

Responsibilities

• Review each demand letter and approve for issuance under the attorney’s signature on firm letterhead.
• Direct a paralegal for revisions as needed before approval.
• Respond to messages in the dedicated ClickUp channel within two working days.
• No court appearances, client meetings, travel, or billable-hour requirements; set your own schedule and work remotely.
