• Associate's Degree in Related Field (Preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years - Relevant experience (Required)

• Develops, reviews, and maintains contracts that comply with applicable regulations, policies and standards.
• Identifies and notifies management of potential issues and recommends alternatives during document development.
• Develops and manages contract templates and reference materials for generation and review of agreements.
• Maintains documentation of contractual records and resolutions for future use.
• Manages database requirements with respect to contracts.
• Monitors contract anniversaries for renewal and coordinates renewals.
• Provides inventory and filing for current and pending contracts.
