Municipal Accounts & Consulting, L.P. is seeking a Contract Accounting Systems Business Analyst with advanced accounting expertise to evaluate, implement, and optimize enterprise financial software.

You will translate daily bookkeeping operations into actionable specifications for a top-tier system while partnering with our Business Process Owner. Responsibilities include mapping workflows, owning BRDs, drafting test plans, coordinating UAT, and bridging gaps with the in-house development team.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience writing business requirements for financial accounting systems/processes.
• Experience on the functional/business side of an accounting system or ERP implementation or migration.
• Strong ability to create BRDs, flow diagrams, and test scripts from scratch.

• Map and document current workflows and design future processes for the accounting platform.
• Own the requirements: write BRDs detailing financial rules, controls, and exceptions.
• Draft test plans and cases, execute functional testing, track defects.
• Lead UAT with business users to ensure readiness.
• Act as liaison to the development team to align requirements with business goals.
