Job summary

The Simplot Company, a diversified agriculture and food group based in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Manager of Continuous Improvement & Analytics to drive cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.

You will partner with Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Technology to deliver measurable improvements, develop KPIs, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in project management, continuous improvement, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives from conception through implementation and value realization.
• Support enterprise initiatives involving process transformation, automation, analytics, AI, system implementations, and organizational change.
• Develop and implement sustainable solutions that standardize processes, improve performance, and support long-term objectives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, automation, and advanced analytics tools to improve efficiency and insight generation.
• Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, and implementation strategies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide regular project updates and executive-level communications to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and adoption activities.
