Cross Catholic Outreach is seeking a motivated Content Writer I to craft inspirational fundraising and reporting content for print and digital channels. You will gather stories from partners and beneficiaries, creating compelling copy for donor audiences while supporting development and fundraising initiatives.

You’ll travel occasionally to interview partners, work cross-functionally with the Marketing & Communications team, and contribute to mission-driven content in a faith-infused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or creative writing preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional or marketing agency writing experience.
• Experience writing promotional or marketing copy for digital/web audiences.

Responsabilités

• Develop, write and proofread marketing and storytelling content across formats.
• Research, write and produce marketing content aligned with brand identity.
• Communicate strategic goals behind written content to teams.
• Select photos and work with designers to enhance materials.
• Conduct interviews to gather human-interest stories for donor audiences.
• Develop knowledge of programs and fieldwork through meetings and visits.
• Stay informed on marketing trends and best practices.
• Tag and organize photos in shared networks with keywords.
