Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled content writer to help train advanced AI models. In this role, you will create, refine, and validate content to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of large language models. Your work will directly influence how AI understands and generates human-like text.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong analytical thinking, excellent English comprehension, and a keen eye for detail. You will break down complex information into logical segments, conduct research to verify content accuracy, and even collaborate with AI to solve challenges.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop and refine high-quality content for training AI models
2. Edit and enhance text with a focus on clarity, coherence, and style
3. Identify and correct grammatical errors (English)
4. Research and validate claims made in the content
5. Work with AI tools to optimize content performance

What You’ll Need

1. Fluency in English with strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills
2. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
3. Proficiency in editing, grammar, and style
4. Availability for 40 hours per week, including at least 4 overlapping hours with US PST timezone

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree (or relevant studies) in Literature, Journalism, Communications, or related fields preferred
2. 2+ years of experience in content writing, editing, proofreading, or technical writing
