Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Content Team Lead (tutorials) to own the end-to-end production pipeline, quality standards, and a fast, scalable workflow. You will lead a team of writers and editors, coordinating with SEO and Head of Content to publish high-quality tutorials that help millions online.

You will develop contributors, set quarterly OKRs, and monitor throughput to optimize throughput and output while maintaining consistency with Hostinger’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume content production pipelines.
• Ability to set and maintain quality standards for tutorials (human-written and AI-generated).
• Proven track record developing writers and editors into high-performing contributors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tutorial production: pipeline, team, schedule, throughput.
• Propose and own quarterly tutorial OKRs; plan capacity against calendar.
• Track throughput, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues early.
• Set and document quality bar for tutorials and ensure delivery by the team.
• Manage, develop, and give performance feedback to writers/editors.
• Close skillset gaps through hiring, onboarding and development.
