Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Content QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of content experiences. This role is at the intersection of content, design, and quality assurance, requiring testing expertise and an understanding of content quality, usability, and functionality.

You will develop test plans, execute tests, and provide actionable recommendations to improve customer experience. Remote position (PST) with a pay range of $33-$37 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Content Automation, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of QA, content testing, usability testing, or quality assurance experience.
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test reporting documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for templates, prompt templates, and AI-generated content experiences.
• Perform manual and automated testing across various applications and experiences.
• Validate content quality, functionality, usability, accessibility, and adherence to design fidelity.
• Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects through resolution.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs against defined quality standards and acceptance criteria.
• Assess content accuracy, relevance, usability, formatting, and customer experience.
• Provide recommendations to improve model and content performance.
• Create and maintain test scripts, test cases, validation frameworks, and execution documentation.
• Partner with content and cross-team stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation.
• Analyze testing results, communicate findings to stakeholders, and identify opportunities for quality improvements.
