Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Content Solutions Analyst I to join the clinical operations and content team. The role focuses on researching and QA of medical policies, analyzing current policies, and expanding the policy library through logic and algorithm work.

You will work across outpatient, inpatient, pharmacy, fraud, and dental solutions, contributing to policy development and supporting the org’s content roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level health care/clinical coding education is required.
• Experience in clinical/retail coding or payer coding environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims data and medical policy rules to inform coding policy.
• Develop business logic for new rules and policy enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams during design sessions.
• Support multiple projects with accurate timelines and detail.
