Job summary

SEPA is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to transform complex energy research into engaging external content. You will partner with R&IS and internal teams to craft executive summaries, blogs, and landing pages that align with SEPA’s voice and brand guidelines.

You will also oversee multimedia storytelling, scripts, and production with freelancers, coordinating with social media and digital marketing to fuel multi-channel campaigns and co-branded initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive professional experience in content marketing, brand communications, public sector or association marketing, product marketing, or partner marketing.
• Exceptional copywriting, editing and storytelling skills, with ability to translate complex data into engaging content across written and visual mediums.
• Hands-on experience directing or storyboarding new content formats, including short-form video, motion graphics, or visual layouts, while managing external contractors.
• Experience working alongside technical subject matter experts, researchers, or analysts is a plus.
• Exceptional collaborative communication and interpersonal skills across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management platforms; Monday.com is a plus.
• Passion for clean energy or experience in the energy industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the Research & Industry Strategy team during ideation to guide research into integrated marketing campaigns.
• Translate complex research and dataset findings into engaging copy for executive summaries, blogs, emails, and landing pages.
• Write, edit and refine external-facing content, including executive summaries, blogs, and pages for flagship reports.
• Collaborate with External Communications to identify topics for media pitches, blogs, digital commentary, and thought leadership.
