Sortly Inc. is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead our Organic Marketing efforts across blog, email, and social channels.

This hands-on role reports to the Director of Organic Marketing and focuses on transforming strategy into high-quality programs that boost visibility through traditional SEO, AI-driven search, and owned channels. Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably for B2B audiences.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across formats.
• Hands-on experience managing content programs across multiple channels (blog, email, organic social).
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and AI-search considerations.
• Experience using AI tools to improve content research, creation, or production workflows.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling content.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Experience with B2B SaaS.
• Nice-to-have: experience with Construction or Field Services audiences; HubSpot and WordPress experience is a plus.

• Execute the evolving organic search strategy by developing richer, authoritative content.
• Lead editorial planning and production across blog and priority web content; manage calendar and publication flow.

• Build AI-assisted workflows to scale production without compromising quality.
• Oversee agency and freelance relationships, including timelines and feedback.
