Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Content Creator/Consultant for a remote, EST-aligned role. The position supports social content production across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and web channels, with Canva-based templates and AI-assisted workflows.

The contractor will manage high-volume content production, ensure brand compliance, and collaborate with Creative, Brand, Compliance, and Digital Enablement teams. Availability 9-5pm ET, with potential onsite NYC if needed.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Canva experience with template creation and social design.
• Strong content creation, digital design, and copywriting skills.
• Experience managing high-volume content production in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with compliance processes in regulated industries such as financial services.
• Financial literacy and educational content creation experience.
• Knowledge of social media best practices and trends.
• Experience using AI tools with human judgment and fact-checking.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social content including posts, carousels, templates, AI-assisted animations, and short-form video content.
• Produce multiple content variations for DBA and Non-DBA agents.
• Translate messaging frameworks into ready-to-publish assets.
• Build and maintain Canva Enterprise templates and asset libraries.
• Develop content guides and SOPs for workflows.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Compliance, and Digital Enablement teams.
• Manage production workflows, timelines, approvals, and publishing logistics.
• Proofread and adapt content to meet brand and platform standards.
• Support major content initiatives and launches.
• Maintain documentation of project status and deliverables.
