Job summary

CarBuzz, part of Valnet Inc., is seeking a Content Creator to become the on-camera face of the brand. You will craft and deliver engaging short-form videos that capture viewers in seconds and drive car-shopping narratives.

You will film, edit, and produce vertical content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, maintaining brand voice across formats. Remote role with collaboration across editorial and social teams.

Qualifications

Experience creating video content, ideally for a brand or publisher.
Strong skills in filming and editing engaging video content from concept to final cut.
Proficiency with video editing tools.
A strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual style, with the ability to match an established brand tone.
Experience in automotive content creation or digital publishing for automotive, with a track record of producing content that resonates with car shoppers and owners.
Familiarity with how video performs across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Responsibilities

Host and present short-form video as the face and voice of the brand.
Produce original short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, with occasional longer pieces.
Develop concepts, hooks, and scripts to bring the brand's voice to life at a fast pace.
Film, edit, and produce polished vertical video optimized for each platform.
Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
Collaborate with social and editorial teams to brainstorm and translate trends into video.
Stay current on video trends, formats, and platform features to keep content fresh.
