Job summary

Smart City Locating is seeking a Content Creation Specialist to capture high-quality content at client properties, including photography, video, and drone footage. You will manage social media strategies to boost brand awareness and lead generation for multifamily real estate clients.

You’ll oversee editing, calendar planning, and ensure all content follows brand guidelines. The role requires a fast-paced mindset, ability to meet multiple deadlines, and collaboration with the creative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of marketing or sales experience.
• Experience running large social media accounts and/or omnichannel campaigns ideal.
• Experience with trending social media content.
• Experience in short-form copywriting for social media captions and display advertising.
• Experience filming short-form content and photography ideal.
• Experience filming drone / professional photography ideal.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality content at client properties (photography, video, drone).
• Manage asset capture and upload to company drive (content librarian).
• Oversee editing to ensure brand-aligned visuals.
• Create content calendars for clients.
• Ensure content meets brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Brainstorm content ideas with the creative team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Communicate status with the team and stakeholders.
