Qualifications

• Experience in health care or contact center leadership and team development.
• Strong written and verbal communication with effective conflict resolution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and relevant computer programs.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, supervise, and work independently on projects.
• Experience with budget management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and develop talent; coach and mentor; build an engaged, diverse team.
• Manage team expenses, labor budget allocations, timecard approvals, and scheduling.
• Provide leadership, escalation support, and problem solving to remove barriers.
• Oversee operational workflow, metrics, KPIs, and attainment of department goals.
• Apply process-improvement principles to drive continuous improvement.
