Sentara Health is seeking a Contact Center Advisor in a primarily remote role with opportunities across multiple states, including Florida. You will respond to consumer inquiries, provide rate quotes, enroll eligible customers telephonically, and upsell products while guiding them on coverage options.

A High School Diploma is required, with licensure within 60 days of hire. We offer competitive base pay, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
