Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred, bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of strategic consulting experience or organizational leadership.
• 10+ years leading teams and managing internal initiatives.
• Deep expertise in building strategic coalitions and climate/resiliency planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead Great Lakes initiatives related to resiliency and climate planning.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to drive strategic plans for Great Lakes initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to co-create user-centered solutions.
• Prepare and present reports and visualizations showing impact of strategic initiatives.
• Foster client relationships with consistent communication and high-quality consulting services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting strategy.
