Color is revolutionizing cancer care with the nation’s first Virtual Cancer Clinic, delivering multidisciplinary care across all 50 states. In this Director role you will develop, implement, and grow strategic partnerships with benefit consultants, helping Color expand its impact in the South Central region.

Reporting to the VP of Consultant Relations, you will lead a territory plan, demo our solution to partners, and collaborate with Sales, Health Plan Partnerships, and Product teams to create

Qualifications

• Established consultant and firm relationships across the South Central region.
• Demonstrated experience in complex commercial partnerships and/or B2B healthcare market.
• Willing to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the South Central consultant partnership strategy and territory plan.
• Represent Color at conferences and events to drive partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Health Plan Partnerships, Client Success, Clinical, and Product teams for a seamless partner experience.
• Generate significant top-of-the-funnel opportunities and help mature deals to closure.
• Work with Sales to mature deals and drive revenue growth.
