The International consultant – Country Programming Framework Review is a home-based FAO assignment in Tanzania, designed to review the current CPF and prepare an analytical forward-looking plan aligned with UNSDCF and Tanzania's priorities.
The consultant will coordinate inception workshops, conduct a comprehensive desk review, and engage diverse stakeholders to craft strategic options and a results framework for the next CPF.
Qualifications
- Advanced University degree (Masters) or equivalent in Agriculture, Agriculture Economics, Development Studies, Rural Development, Public Policy or related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience with international/regional organizations or national institutions.
- Experience conducting programme/framework reviews, evaluations, stakeholder consultations, and report writing.
- Full proficiency/Working knowledge of English.
Responsabilités
- Conduct Desk review and provide report including the preliminary findings.
- Perform SWOT analysis and stakeholder consultations to inform CPF review.
- Develop CPF strategic options, priority areas, and indicative results framework for the next CPF.
- Report writing and validation including analytical briefs and consultation workshops.
