FAO invites qualified professionals for the International consultant – Country Programming Framework Review (CPF) to support Tanzania’s UN system alignment and UNSDCF extension through a comprehensive CPF assessment. This home-based assignment spans 20 days, involves desk reviews, consultations, and strategic option development to shape FAO's next CPF in line with national priorities.
The consultant will report to the FAO country team, work under supervision, and engage diverse stakeholders to
Formación
- Advanced university degree (Masters) in Agriculture, Agriculture Economics, Development Studies, Rural Development, Public Policy or related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience with international/regional organizations, government and national institutions.
- Experience conducting programme/framework reviews, evaluations, stakeholder consultations, and report writing.
- Full proficiency/Working knowledge of English.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct desk reviews and produce preliminary findings.
- Perform SWOT analysis of FAO Tanzania representation.
- Facilitate stakeholder consultations with FAO staff, government, partners.
- Develop CPF strategic review report and validated options.
- Coordinate workshop inception, validation, and report writing.
