Qualifications

• Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Commercial Lines to identify business requirements.
• Develop underwriting guidelines and training tools to empower associates.
• Support Sales by articulating appetite at local, state, and national levels.
• Monitor book performance and develop industry-specific underwriting strategies.
• Lead interactions with brokers and agents to manage risk tolerance.
