Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a Project Management Intern for Summer 2027 in Downers Grove, IL. This in-office role supports the Construction Program Management Team with progress reviews, documentation, and reporting for national multi-site programs.

Formación

• Pursuing a 4-year construction-related degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all project stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and handle a diverse workload.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Learn project management skills through exposure to projects and programs for national multi-site construction programs.
• Assist on-site review of construction progress against established project schedule.
• Support Project Manager with monitoring and reporting on project work in the field.
• Assist Project Team with project reporting and documentation requirements.
• Assist in preparation of tracking and status reports, utilizing Excel.
• General understanding of construction management terms and processes required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors.
• Contribute in validating and reviewing contracts, bill of materials, and change orders.
• Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries.
• Additional duties as assigned.
