Job summary

Tomarco Contractor Specialties, dba ISAT Total Support, seeks a Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing for capital projects. Based at our La Mirada, CA corporate offices with remote work options, you will manage vendor contracts, source suppliers, and drive cost efficiency across projects.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, monitor budgets and schedules, and develop strong supplier partnerships to ensure timely delivery and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field (Procurement).
• Minimum 5 years in procurement roles.
• Negotiation experience required.
• Industry and market experience preferred.
• Certifications like CIP, NVQ SCM are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement activities including pre-qualification, vendor agreements, preparation of contracts and vendor management through project completion.
• Identify supplier sources, sources quality and affordable products in a timely manner.
• Negotiating contracts and managing supplier and vendor relationships.
• Monitor project purchases, deliveries, and expenditures to ensure that the approved purchases are cost efficient.
• Monitor project purchases, deliveries, and expenditures to ensure that the approved purchases are within budget guidelines, are cost efficient and of high – quality.
• Communicate with engineering teams to determine that all product and service needs are satisfied to proper project orders and report back ordered or missing products.
• Identifying areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results.
• Managing overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for the organization.
• Developing strong relationships with management and supply partners to improve business.
• Assist and develop an effective and accurate structure for monitoring purchase orders.
