ABCO Maintenance, a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction company, is seeking a remote-based professional to oversee daily facility maintenance projects and an on-site workforce in the Tri-State area.
This role offers a competitive salary of $60K–$65K, a comprehensive benefits package, 100% remote work, weekly pay, and paid time off. You will coordinate and supervise projects while ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily facility maintenance projects and work orders.
- Supervise and manage onsite workforce
- Monitor project progress and update management
- Coordinate/Schedule and Monitor project timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement timely solutions
