Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Construction & Infrastructure, to join our Legal team in Dallas. The successful candidate will support design, construction, infrastructure and energy-related transactions across the full lifecycle of data center development.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating EPC, design, and construction agreements, power procurement contracts, vendor agreements and master services agreements, as well as providing guidance on risk allocation and

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in construction law or infrastructure projects (energy/commercial contracting a plus).
  • Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, preferably EPC, design, or energy-related agreements.
  • Experience supporting large-scale development or infrastructure projects.
  • Active member of a state bar.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate design, construction, and infrastructure agreements (construction, EPC, design, consultants).
  • Draft, review, and negotiate energy procurement agreements (PPAs, interconnection, transmission, equipment).
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (vendor, master services, confidentiality, LOIs).
  • Support procurement/sourcing initiatives (RFPs, supplier onboarding, contract standardization).
  • Advise on risk allocation, payment structures, and schedule risks; provide business-focused solutions.
