Remote Consolidations & Corporate Accounting Manager

Job Details

Position: Fully Remote Consolidations & Corporate Accounting Manager (No Direct Reports)

Location: Must be in CST Time Zone

Salary: Up to $150,000 base plus 10% bonus, benefits included

Work Schedule: Up to 40 hours/week, flexible schedule, laid-back culture

Role Overview
  • Report to the Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting and interact with senior management.
  • Manage consolidation of financial statements and prepare internal management reports.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for the Board of Directors.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and handle audit issues.
  • Participate in due diligence and develop accounting processes for acquisitions.
  • Support external financial filings such as 10-Q and 10-K, including MD&A and footnotes.
  • Analyze new accounting standards and develop policies to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with experience in corporate consolidations within a medium to large publicly traded company.
Additional Information

Use of SAP/BPC is preferred but not required. The role offers a great work/life balance, minimal direct reports, and competitive compensation.
