Gpac is seeking a Commercial Concrete Estimator with 5+ years of experience in high-rise megastructure projects in a hybrid Miami-area role. Approximately 25% in-person presence is required.

You will prepare estimates for ground-up structural concrete, manage bidding processes, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to meet budget and schedule.

We are actively seeking a Commercial Concrete Estimator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-rise megastructure projects. This is a hybrid role requiring approximately 25% in‑person presence. The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience estimating structural concrete for new construction shell projects
• Must have a proven track record of ground‑up commercial concrete estimating and bidding
• Experience with multifamily apartments or condominiums is highly preferred
