The position offers remote work with close coordination with field and management teams. Previous estimating experience is preferred but not required for candidates with extensive concrete knowledge.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of concrete construction and reading plans.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and cost estimation.
• Comfortable using estimating software and Excel in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and bid documents for concrete projects.
• Prepare accurate takeoffs for footings, foundations, slabs, and formwork.
• Estimate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor costs.
