Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in concept-driven roles within creative environments.
• A strong portfolio showing concept-first thinking and art direction across digital platforms.
• Proficiency with AI tools as part of a thoughtful creative workflow.
• Excellent English communication, with confidence presenting ideas to clients and teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to juggle priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with copywriters and strategists to develop campaigns across social, web, and video with potential expansion into TV/OOH.
• Lead art direction for campaigns and video concepts from ideation through final execution.
• Design or direct creation of digital assets, mood boards, layouts, and visual frameworks.
• Integrate AI-assisted assets into workflows while maintaining brand integrity.
• Develop concept-led brand systems and integrated creative ideas.
• Build and present creative decks communicating concepts and strategy to clients.
• Collaborate across time zones with Creative Leads, Project Managers and other creatives.
• Deliver multiple projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
