The ideal candidate has hands-on use of Codex, Claude Science, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork in technical work, with strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in computational physics and scientific computing.
• Strong Python programming skills for scientific codebases.
• Experience using AI coding agents in real-world workflows.
• Proficiency with Codex and Claude tool family in technical contexts.
• Ability to debug, document, and communicate complex workflows clearly.
• Experience evaluating multi-step agent-driven sequences in projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-world walkthroughs of computational physics problem-solving using AI agents in complex environments.
• Demonstrate use of Codex and Claude tools for advanced workflows.
• Document how AI agents navigate large codebases, debug issues, and automate workflows.
• Describe approaches, decisions, methodologies, and agent-generated sequences used to solve problems.
• Evaluate workflows where AI agents contribute to architectural changes and code modifications.
• Develop technical examples, evaluations, and feedback to support AI training and model improvement.
• Analyze accuracy, effectiveness, and limitations of AI-generated solutions in physics contexts.
• Communicate findings through clear documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine examples, workflows, and evaluation criteria.
