Qualifications

• Five (5) years of compliance, auditing, health care, technology, or related experience.
• Required: High school diploma; desirable: Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and execute compliance projects, audits, monitoring, investigations, and reporting.
• Lead technology aspects of compliance platforms, including user support and reporting.
• Analyze data to prepare dashboards and presentations for decision-making.
• Troubleshoot system issues and propose technology-based improvements.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Conduct internal investigations into alleged misconduct and compliance violations.
