What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Compliance Manager with internal reviews, research, and audits to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Document findings and organize data to identify potential risk areas
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Document Management System (DMS) and Learning Management System (LMS)
- Perform document control functions including tracking, processing, and archiving of documents
- Assist in training initiatives and prepare materials for compliance training sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Jira Service Desk
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations such as HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid
