This remote-first role collaborates with MLROs, CCOs, and cross-functional teams to deliver globally coordinated, locally relevant risk outcomes. Qualifications

• 8+ years in compliance, financial crimes, or operational risk in a regulated financial environment.
• Experience leading large-scale risk assessments and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in AML/CFT, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments, including inherent risk identification, control evaluation, residual risk determination, and articulation of key findings.
• Partner with MLROs, CCOs, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver globally coordinated, locally relevant risk outcomes.
• Produce risk assessment reports, executive summaries, and governance materials for senior leadership and regulatory audiences.
• Drive transaction monitoring and customer risk scoring coverage assessments and lead geographic risk rating updates.
• Develop a compliance threat assessment framework including governance, methodology, and documentation standards.
• Pioneer AI-powered automation to scale assessment workflows with rigorous human oversight.
