LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking a Compliance Officer to join as a remote Policy and Compliance Content Writer/Administrator. You will translate changing laws and client requirements into clear policy and ensure alignment with operations.

The role sits at the intersection of law, compliance, and communication. You will draft policies, manage the policy lifecycle, and partner with attorneys and compliance leaders to advance a mature program.

Qualifications

• Ability to write clear, precise policies and procedures.
• Experience drafting policies grounded in legal authority.
• Comfort reading dense legal/government documents and translating them into action.
• Experience with document management or workflow tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and publish policies, standards, and procedures.
• Develop new policy frameworks as the business grows.
• Maintain policy library with version control and annual reviews.
• Write client-facing questionnaires, change notices, and compliance alerts.
• Own style guide and terminology across all published policies.
