Job summary

AmeriNat seeks a Compliance Monitor to perform on‑site reviews and physical inspections of affordable housing properties across Florida. You will assess income, assets, verification, and regulatory compliance for Housing Credits and related programs.

Travel 5–7 days per month is required; strong analytical, written and verbal skills are essential. Familiarity with LIHTC, HOME, and related regulations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in compliance monitoring.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, Multi-Family Bond, and HOME regulations.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal skills.
• Willingness to travel 5–7 days per month.
• Independent yet team‑oriented with reliable punctuality.
• Proficient with MS Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site management reviews and physical inspections for affordable housing with various programs.
• Document and review property management practices during reviews.
• Review Land Use Restriction and Extended Use Agreements for program compliance.
• Review Regulatory Agreements beyond program requirements.
• Create written reports of findings from reviews and inspections.
• Lead follow‑up reviews and coordinate with owners and management staff.
• Participate in Compliance Monitoring meetings and trainings.
• Travel statewide in Florida for site visits and inspections.
