Job summary

Retell AI is hiring a Compliance Engineer to build and own technical controls that keep our platform secure and enterprise-ready. You’ll translate compliance needs into automated controls, collect evidence, and support audits across SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA and other frameworks.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Security, Legal, and customer-facing teams to address security questionnaires and due diligence, driving scalable improvements while maintaining fast product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain technical controls across SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA and other enterprise requirements.
• Automate compliance workflows, evidence collection, access reviews and security checks.
• Implement and monitor controls around IAM, encryption, logging, vulnerability management, and cloud security.
• Own technical evidence collection and assist auditors during audits.
• Work with customers and internal teams on security questionnaires and due diligence.
• Identify gaps and architect scalable improvements to security and compliance programs.
