Job summary

RCP Advisors in Chicago seeks a collaborative and organized professional to join its Legal and Compliance team. You will focus on reviewing marketing materials for regulatory compliance and support the broader legal and compliance functions across the firm.

This role offers the chance to apply transferable skills in a specialized compliance environment, work cross-functionally with Marketing and other teams, and help maintain a practical, robust program.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in private equity, investment management, or financial services.
• Experience with NDAs or regulatory/marketing materials reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle compliance review process for marketing materials.
• Coordinate NDAs and related communications; maintain records.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other business teams to improve review efficiency.
• Assist with compliance training, attestations, and related activities.
• Support training and onboarding within Legal and Compliance.
