Job summary

Cadence, a clinical AI company, is hiring a Compliance Analyst, Policy & Corporate Compliance. You will own policy governance, compliance reviews, and risk follow-up across Cadence’s care delivery operations, collaborating with the Chief Compliance Officer and business teams to close gaps and keep audit-ready documentation.

You will help develop SOPs, monitor incidents, and drive timely resolution of higher-risk matters while enabling AI-supported workflows to operate under clear requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in compliance or related field
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industry preferred
• Experience escalating issues to leadership
• Experience turning recurring requirements into processes or checklists
• Strong written communication
• Experience using data/workflow tools to improve compliance work
• Fluency with AI productivity tools

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance reviews with business leads, identify risks, escalate high-risk issues to the Chief Compliance Officer
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for reviews and actions, including policies and approvals
• Develop and improve SOPs and compliance processes with structured cycles, approvals, and training
• Oversee incident, complaint, and feedback reviews, identifying trends and gaps
• Oversee assigned compliance risks and ensure reviews are completed; escalate concerns
• Evaluate whether processes are established and operating as intended, document gaps and actions
• Build templates and guidance to improve consistency, coordinate with business owners
