Job summary

Integra Partners is hiring a Compliance Analyst to join the Legal team and help ensure we meet all compliance obligations related to FWA, provider billing, and UM authorization practices. You will audit vendors and providers, run FWA investigations, and support the Corporate Compliance program while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in Special Investigation Unit processes, strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, HIPAA, and data analysis

Qualifications

• FWA knowledge and healthcare compliance understanding.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with Excel; Tableau is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical billing processes and HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization and deadlines.
• Commitment to high-quality client service and building trusted advisor relationships.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of providers and vendors to support FWA monitoring.
• Lead Fraud, Waste, and Abuse investigations.
• Support administration of Corporate Compliance program.
• Coordinate compliance training and maintain auditable records.
• Collaborate with credentialing, QA, and network management teams to address concerns.
• Partner with health plan customers on audits and responses.
• Investigate internal and external compliance issues.
• Perform Security Risk Assessments and present findings to the compliance committee.
• Work with data security staff to resolve security issues.
