Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join the Legal team in Kentucky. You will monitor for FWA issues, audit provider billing and UM auth practices, research providers, review CMS alerts, and manage compliance risks across the DMEPOS sector.

You will collaborate with Compliance Manager, Payer Division, and cross-functional teams to drive effective change. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years in investigation or healthcare compliance, with strong data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years in Special Investigation Unit or similar roles; healthcare experience required.
• Strong understanding of fraud, waste and abuse issues and HIPAA regulations.
• Experience with data analysis; Excel; Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of vendors and healthcare providers for FWA monitoring.
• Run FWA investigation processes.
• Support administration of the Corporate Compliance program.
