Klinedinst PC in California is seeking an ambitious attorney with 7+ years of experience in general litigation, business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation to join our team in California locations including San Diego, Irvine, Los Angeles, or Sacramento.
The ideal candidate will independently handle GL/business matters, structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, and manage document-intensive cases while drafting dispositive motions and preparing for trial.

The ideal candidate is ready to take on responsibility, independently handling GL/business cases while tackling complex issues. We’re also looking for attorneys with experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.
