Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Compensation Manager to partner with Go-to-Market and Marketing teams to design, implement, and manage compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top technical talent. This role is remote-first, with reporting to the Sr.

Director of Compensation. You will shape our compensation philosophy, oversee annual and mid-year cycles, and advise on offers, promotions and pay equity analyses in a fast-growing environment, ensuring scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably supporting technical organizations.
• Experience with equity compensation structures at a publicly traded company.
• Project management skills and compensation program design experience.
• Strong compensation analytics background and advanced proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with market pricing, surveys, and compensation data sources.
• Understanding of sales compensation plans and OTE structures.
• Knowledge of HR products/services and talent strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top technical talent.
• Partner with GTM and Marketing to align compensation with business goals.
• Guide annual and mid-year cycles, leveling, and pay framework decisions.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on offers, promotions, and pay equity.
• Develop policies and processes to scale compensation globally while ensuring compliance.
• Create automated solutions and dashboards to monitor compensation metrics.
• Maintain compensation repository with methodologies and decisions for future use.
