Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Communications, Policy and Data Analyst to support ICE with program management, policy review, metrics, and reporting. The role is fully remote within CONUS, offering responsibilities that include drafting congressional responses, building stakeholder relationships, and translating complex policies into clear guidance.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience and experience in a fast-paced US government environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of work experience or commensurate experience.
• Experience working in a dynamic, quick-turn US government environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide communications support on activities including drafting responses to congressional correspondence and information requests.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with federal law enforcement managers and subject matter experts.
• Analyze and convey complex mission-related policies and programs in clear language.
• Track and report progress of tasks, subtasks, and reports.
• Assist clients and team members with ad hoc research, process improvement, and fast-moving projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and compile information for timely responses.
• Facilitate needs and challenges faced by clients; perform gap analysis and propose solutions.
• Support cross-discipline team members to ensure on-track project requirements and deadlines.
• Develop and disseminate information among customers and external stakeholders.
