Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Communications, Policy and Data Analyst to support program management, strategic planning, policy review, metrics generation and reporting for ICE under DHS. The role focuses on delivering clear communications, consolidating tasking responses, and supporting executive reporting in a fully remote CONUS environment.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience and preferred exposure to US government operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of work experience.
• Experience in a dynamic, quick-turn US government environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide communications support including drafting responses to congressional correspondence and requests for information.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with federal law enforcement managers and subject matter experts.
• Analyze and translate complex, mission-related policies into clear, actionable communications.
• Track and report progress of high-profile tasks and reports.
• Assist clients with ad hoc research, process improvement and fast-moving projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely responses and actions.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to client needs and challenges.
• Support cross-discipline team members to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Develop and disseminate information among customers and external stakeholders.
