Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in communications or marketing.
• Experience planning and executing integrated campaigns across email, web, and social.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills with strong storytelling instincts.
• Proficiency with design, multimedia editing, and content tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑pillar communications across channels with clear plans and timelines.
• Write, edit, and produce monthly Fellows communications and toolkits.
• Manage AGLN owned channels including email, website, and social media.
• Produce multimedia content (video, audio, photography) and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain brand consistency and develop reusable templates and playbooks.
